Island-aware delivery
We can define delivery zones for each island with your own delivery days, a click-and-collect option near the pier, and cargo integration for customers across Türkiye. Summer residents can even pre-order before they open their houses for the season.
Platform and timeline
Stores are coded on Racoun’s own platform with no monthly licence. Virtual POS, e-invoice, ERP links, marketplace integrations and a B2B ordering screen for hotels and cafés are available. A typical setup takes 5–10 weeks, and we recommend building during the quieter months so the store is live before the season opens.

Is there a monthly licence fee?
No. The store runs on Racoun’s own platform, so there is no monthly licence.
Can we deliver to customers on the island ourselves?
Yes. Island-specific delivery zones and delivery days can be set up alongside standard cargo shipping.
