What we collect
- Quote form: name, e-mail, phone, company website, service of interest, budget range and your message
- Meeting form: name, e-mail, phone, service of interest, your preferred day, time and meeting type, and any note
- Technical data: a one-way hashed IP address, browser and device information
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule a meeting and measure service quality. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing and is never sold.
Bot protection
Our forms use Racurity, our own verification, to block unwanted automated submissions. It runs a small calculation in your browser; no personal data is collected for it, no third-party service is contacted and no cookie is set.
Cookies and measurement
Analytics and advertising tools only run if you consent. Our cookie policy lists the cookies used and explains how to change your choice.
Security
The site is protected by a WAF filter, brute-force protection, enforced HTTPS and CSRF tokens. Access to the admin panel is logged.
Retention
Data is kept for the period set out in the applicable legislation, then deleted or anonymised. Visit logs are kept for a maximum of 180 days.
