What is the Racoun Panel?

Racoun Panel is the client portal we open for the brands we work with, at racoun.net. Its purpose is simple: keep the work between you and the agency out of your inbox. What is on your site, what changed and what is working all sit on one screen.

No queue for small changes

You do not file a request and wait to update a price, publish a post or change a phone number. Pages, services, blog posts, case studies, the slider, FAQs and menus are edited straight from the panel. No technical knowledge needed — every field is labelled and explained.

What we do is visible

Every change made in the panel is logged with who made it and when. The answer to "what did the agency do this month" sits on screen without waiting for a report. That is a discipline for us too: work that is visible is work that can be held to account.

Nothing gets lost

Quote requests, contact forms, meeting requests and newsletter sign-ups from the site all collect in the panel instead of being trapped in one mailbox. You can look back at who asked for what and when, and your team looks at the same list.

SEO and AI visibility on the same screen

Page titles, descriptions, keywords and redirects are managed from the panel. Alongside classic SEO there is the GEO side: separate sections track how often AI crawlers visit your site and where your brand is mentioned in AI-generated answers.
