One team, one owner

At Racoun work does not get passed between departments. The person who builds the brand strategy also sees the ad creative for that brand; the content team knows the performance data. That is why nothing is lost between what is said and what is done.

Every brand gets a single point of contact. Monthly meetings, the approval flow and reporting all run through that person — you are not emailing five people.

How we work

Before work starts, we agree the goal, the scope and who approves what — in writing. Everything we produce collects in the client panel before it goes out; you approve with one click or leave a note. At the end of the month we talk about what was done and what worked, with numbers.

Where we work

Our office is in Ataşehir, Istanbul. We work face to face with brands in Istanbul and remotely with the rest of Türkiye and abroad. For work that has to happen on site — shoots, events, strategy workshops — the team is there in person.
