A business email service is email that runs on your own domain, is managed centrally, is authenticated with DNS records and is backed up. Accounts belong to the company, not to individuals, so when someone leaves, their mailbox and customer history stay with you. Platform choice
There is no single right platform. Teams that also need calendars, file sharing and Office apps are usually best served by Exchange Online within Microsoft 365. Organisations that want data kept in a specific infrastructure in Türkiye can use hosted or self-managed options. Small teams that only need mail may be fine with hosted IMAP/SMTP mailboxes. We present the options with their trade-offs and arrange licensing through our solution partners.
Authentication done properly
SPF declares which servers may send for your domain; there must be only one SPF record and it must stay within the DNS lookup limit. DKIM signs each outgoing message so the receiver can verify it was not altered. DMARC checks that SPF or DKIM results align with the visible sender, tells receivers what to do with failures and sends you reports. We start DMARC in monitoring mode, identify every legitimate sender such as your CRM or invoicing tool, and then tighten the policy step by step.
Migration, archive and mobile
We lower DNS TTLs in advance, copy mailboxes and folders, switch MX records outside working hours and run a final sync so nothing is lost. Archiving keeps searchable records according to your retention policy, while separate backups protect against deletion or account compromise. Mobile access is configured over encrypted connections, with MFA enabled for all users.

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose emails during migration?
Not with a planned migration. We copy mailboxes in advance, switch MX records outside working hours and run a final sync for messages that arrive in between.
Should DMARC start at reject?
No. Start in monitoring mode, review the reports to find all legitimate senders, then tighten the policy gradually.
