How we work
We review your mail platform, DNS records and existing filters, list every system that sends mail on your behalf, design policies, test them in monitoring mode and then switch to protection. Default cloud email settings are a good start, but advanced features are often disabled; we also watch for suspicious inbox rules and unusual sign-ins. Because marketing and technology sit under one roof, we can enforce DMARC without breaking newsletters or CRM campaigns. The first meeting is free of charge.
Frequently asked questions
Do SPF, DKIM and DMARC stop all phishing?
No. They make direct spoofing of your own domain much harder, but they do not stop lookalike domains or messages from genuinely compromised accounts, so filtering and awareness remain essential.
What is the best defence against BEC?
Strong MFA and impersonation detection help, but the key control is a process: always confirm bank detail changes and urgent payment requests through a second, previously known channel.
