People choose a gym in a short moment of motivation, usually on their phone, comparing the first few nearby results. A gym website has to win that moment: show the space, make the class times clear and make booking a trial class effortless. Racoun, an Istanbul agency working since 2012, builds these sites for gyms, boutique studios, pilates and yoga centers on its own custom platform, without ready-made themes.
Core modules
- Weekly class schedule: filterable by day, class type, trainer and level, and updated from the admin panel.
- Membership page: clear comparison of packages, freeze and cancellation rules; prices can be shown or replaced with an inquiry flow.
- Trial class request: a short form with notifications by e-mail and, optionally, a WhatsApp button.

Booking and mobile apps
When classes have limited capacity, members want to book, cancel and track their remaining sessions. For that stage we develop member panels or native iOS and Android apps with booking, waiting lists and notifications.
Local visibility and promotion
Gym searches are almost always local. We optimize branch pages and Google Business Profiles, create pages for each discipline and run short-radius Meta and Google campaigns that lead to the trial class form. Social media content comes from planned shooting days. We take no media commission; budgets are paid directly to the platforms.
Health-related form fields are handled carefully under Turkish data protection law, and the first meeting with us is free.
