Kitchenware shoppers search in detail: induction-compatible pot sets, 24-piece porcelain dinner sets, dishwasher-safe glass containers. Newly married couples build dowry and gift lists, while cafes and hotels buy in bulk. A kitchenware store has to serve all of them at once.
Racoun, an Istanbul brand agency founded in 2012 in Ataşehir, builds these stores on its own custom platform rather than ready-made themes or rented packages. There is no monthly licence fee, and the store is delivered with a management panel.

- Set and single-piece sales: dinner sets linked to their individual pieces, with stock tracked per piece.

Growth after launch
We handle e-commerce SEO with long-tail product pages and structured data, Google Shopping and Meta catalogue ads, and social content such as table settings and cooking reels. We take no media commission; ad budgets are paid directly to the platforms. A typical e-commerce build takes 5 to 10 weeks. The first meeting is free.
We work face to face on both sides of Istanbul and online across Turkey, with planned visits where needed.
