Microsoft 365 business setup and migration means moving a company’s email, calendars, file sharing, team communication and Office apps to Microsoft’s cloud in a planned way, and configuring that environment so it is secure and manageable. What we cover
- Plan selection: a mixed licence model across Business, Enterprise and Frontline plans based on real user profiles, supplied through CSP licensing via our solution partners.
- Email migration: cutover, staged or hybrid migration from Exchange, IMAP migration from hosted mail, and migration from Google Workspace, with MX, Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records handled together.
- Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive: an information architecture for departments, channels, guest access and permissions, followed by a cleaned-up file server migration.
- Identity security: Security Defaults for small tenants or Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies, least-privilege admin roles and break-glass accounts.
- Devices and data: Intune device management, retention policies and sensitivity labels.
- Training and management: short user sessions, then ongoing user, licence and Secure Score management.

Frequently asked questions
Will we lose email during migration?
No, when it is planned properly. Mailboxes are copied in the background and the MX record is switched only after the final sync.
Can you migrate from Google Workspace?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and Drive files can all be moved to Microsoft 365 after permissions are reviewed.
