ChatGPT ads management is the service of setting up a business’s ads shown below ChatGPT answers in OpenAI’s Ads Manager, managing them with context hints and creatives, measuring them with the OpenAI Pixel and Conversions API, and continuously optimizing them based on results.

What is ChatGPT ads management?

ChatGPT ads management is a monthly service in which we set up, measure and continuously improve the ads your business shows below ChatGPT answers. Since mid-September 2026, Turkey has been listed as available in OpenAI’s Ads Manager, and users in Turkey have started to see ads in ChatGPT. You do not need an agency to advertise, because Ads Manager is self-serve; working with us simply means you get the right account settings, solid measurement and ongoing optimization without building a team for it.

What the service covers

  1. Account and campaigns: Ads Manager account setup and business verification, campaigns, ad groups and context hints, plus bid and budget optimization.
  2. Ad copy and images: headlines, descriptions and images, with A/B tests.
  3. Measurement: OpenAI Pixel, Conversions API, UTM structure and conversion tracking, reported in Racoun Panel.
  4. Product feeds: feed preparation and feed campaigns for e-commerce; for stores on Racoun’s own e-commerce infrastructure, the feed can be generated directly from the platform.

How we work

We start with an eligibility and policy check, then handle account setup and verification, measurement, campaigns and creatives, testing and optimization, and monthly reporting. Some industries, such as gambling, alcohol, crypto, political content and legal services, cannot advertise on ChatGPT, and we say so up front.

No. Ads Manager is a self-serve tool and businesses can open their own accounts. Working with an agency makes sense if you want an experienced team to handle account settings, measurement, policy-compliant creatives and ongoing optimization.
It depends on business verification, measurement setup and ad review. Business verification alone can take a few days, so instead of promising a date we plan the timeline together in the first meeting.
According to OpenAI’s documentation, the minimum daily budget is 25 USD for USD accounts and 15 for EUR and GBP accounts. Racoun’s service fee is separate from the ad budget and is set after the first meeting based on scope; we take no commission on media spend.
Categories such as gambling and betting, alcohol, tobacco and nicotine, adult content, drugs and cannabis, crypto, debt relief, political content and legal services are prohibited, while financial and healthcare services are restricted. We review your industry against these rules in the first meeting.
We set up measurement with the OpenAI Pixel, Conversions API and a UTM structure, and report results in Racoun Panel. Every month we share the results and the test plan for the next period.
A ChatGPT ad is a paid card shown below the answer with an ad label, while GEO is organic work aimed at getting the brand mentioned inside the answer as a source or recommendation. Because ads do not influence answers, the two complement each other rather than replace each other.
New accounts can initially target only their own country. Targeting other countries may require identity verification and some spending history; OpenAI has not published a numeric threshold for this.
Yes, product feed preparation and feed campaigns are part of the service, and for stores on Racoun’s e-commerce infrastructure the feed can be generated directly from the platform. Before setup we check in Ads Manager whether feed campaigns are available in Turkey.
