Two moments, one website
Tyre searches happen either in an emergency, after a flat tyre on the road, or during planned shopping for a specific size and season. The emergency user needs your opening hours, phone and WhatsApp instantly. The planned shopper wants the right tyre, the price, fitting options and a booking slot.

Compliance
Tyre label information must be shown correctly. Online sales require distance sales information and clear return terms, forms follow KVKK, and reminder SMS need commercial message consent.
Seasonal marketing
Demand peaks at winter and summer changeovers. We start booking campaigns a few weeks earlier, run location-based search ads for emergencies and size-based campaigns for planned purchases, and measure calls, WhatsApp clicks and orders separately. Reviews are requested genuinely after fitting. Racoun takes no media commission.
Our platform
Size search, fitting bookings and tyre hotel modules are coded on Racoun’s own platform with no monthly e-commerce licence. Setup typically takes 5 to 10 weeks. Racoun is based in Ataşehir, Istanbul, since 2012, and the first meeting is free.
