Every flow starts with a trigger, which can be automated, scheduled or instant, and uses conditions, loops, child flows and built-in approvals with timeouts and backup approvers. Plan error handling with scopes, failure branches, notifications and run logs so flows never fail silently. Package critical flows in solutions, connect them with service accounts and give each flow at least two owners. Use data policies to keep business data away from personal services. When volume, latency or complexity grows beyond low-code, move to Azure services or custom software. Measure processing time and volume before and after automation.
