Requests peak at the start of the school year, before report cards, during the mid-year break and in the months before national exams. Publishing relevant content and updating your Google Business Profile four to six weeks before each peak works better than last-minute effort.
Make referrals visible
Ask satisfied families for reviews after a concrete milestone, such as report card day. Never offer discounts for reviews or post fake ones. Reply calmly to negative reviews without sharing student details.
