Trial Reels are an Instagram feature for professional accounts that lets you share a Reel with non-followers only. The video does not appear in your followers’ feeds or on your profile grid. If it performs well, you can share it with followers, and in some cases Instagram can do this automatically based on performance; if not, it stays a trial.
