Racoun is an Istanbul-based brand and digital agency that manages ChatGPT ads for businesses. OpenAI’s self-serve Ads Manager opened to companies based in Türkiye in mid-September 2026, and ads now appear below ChatGPT answers, clearly labelled and separate from the answer, for adult users on the Free and Go plans.
What we do
- Account and campaigns: Ads Manager setup, business verification, campaign and ad group structure, context hints, bids and budgets.
- Copy and visuals: headlines, descriptions and images written for the conversational context, with A/B tests.
- Measurement: OpenAI Pixel, Conversions API, UTM structure and conversion tracking, reported in the Racoun Panel.
- E-commerce product feeds: feed preparation and feed campaigns, generated directly from stores built on our own platform.
No agency is required to advertise on ChatGPT, and Racoun is not an official OpenAI partner; we manage the channel as an independent agency and take no media commission. Ads do not influence ChatGPT’s answers, so we pair paid campaigns with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for organic visibility inside answers.
