What is custom software?
Custom software is designed and built around an organisation’s own processes, roles and data, instead of forcing the business into the limits of an off-the-shelf package. Quotation panels, field-team apps, dealer portals, production planning screens and integration layers that connect separate systems are typical examples.
Racoun was founded under the technology company Pedante and has its own software team. Projects are delivered by Pedante Bilişim, with hosting and security handled under the Racurity brand, so code, servers, security and user interface share one point of contact.

Security by design
We apply server-side authorisation on every request, coding standards against the OWASP Top 10 risks, strong password hashing, optional MFA and SSO, encryption in transit and for sensitive fields, dependency scanning and audit logs. Software that processes personal data is designed with KVKK requirements in mind.

Discovery, prioritised scope, interface design reviewed with real users, short development cycles with a working test version, testing and go-live with training, then maintenance. Source code ownership and documentation are defined in the contract, so you are never locked in to a single developer.
