In Merter, e-commerce usually starts with wholesale rather than retail. Buyers want to see the new season on screen, order in their own language at any hour and check past orders in one place.
What we build
- B2B wholesale ordering: colour and size matrices, series and assortment packs, minimum order quantities, customer-group prices and discounts, currency display and payment terms.
- Pre-orders: publish samples before production and collect orders with delivery dates.
- Retail and marketplaces: a consumer store and marketplace integrations running from the same stock.
- Multi-vendor marketplaces: a shared platform for several Merter showrooms, with orders and payments split by seller.
- Local ordering sites for bakeries and shops delivering to nearby neighbourhoods.
Platform and timeline
Everything runs on our own platform, built by our own software team, with virtual POS, shipping, e-invoice and ERP integration. There is no monthly licence fee, and a typical setup takes 5–10 weeks depending on assortment complexity, languages and ERP integration. We meet you at your showroom in Merter or at our Ataşehir office.
Frequently asked questions
Can buyers order whole series instead of single sizes?
Yes. You define colour and size distribution per pack, and buyers add the defined series to their basket.
Is there a monthly licence fee?
No. The system runs on Racoun’s own platform without a licence fee.
