Built for local delivery
We usually design delivery in two layers: same-day courier delivery within Üsküdar and nearby Asian-side neighbourhoods, and contracted cargo for the rest of the city and other provinces. Delivery zones, order cut-off times and holidays are managed from the admin panel, and tracking codes are sent to customers automatically.
Retail and corporate orders
Food businesses often serve both households and offices. We can separate a public B2C shop from a B2B area where corporate customers log in for special prices, bulk orders and invoiced payment.
Our own platform
Racoun’s shops run on our own software rather than a rented package, so there is no monthly licence fee. Virtual POS, cargo, e-invoice and marketplace integrations are included, and a typical setup takes 5–10 weeks. The first meeting is free and we are happy to visit your shop.
